John Ballinger
As an experienced risk management expert, business consultant, a licensed insurance broker, a licensed public adjuster, an expert witness, and now a Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed Mediator, John has a long history of helping business owners and individuals navigate the complex insurance and legal issues of both business and life. John’s expert advice has led some of our former clients to refer to him as the equalizer because he brings an uncommon framework of knowledge to every situation in helping clients achieve the best possible outcome. John's background in psychology and military service gives him the benefit of perspective and problem-solving unique in today's workforce, as he seeks to fight to ensure everyone is treated fairly by a system typically more concerned with profits than people.  John was recently named to the 2024 Class of Marquis Who's Who in America.
